• Professional Licensing
  We have successfully represented professionals, such as physicians, lawyers, teachers, realtors, and massage therapists who are facing potential action against their professional licenses.  In 2005, Tara L. Isaacson successfully defended a massage therapist before the Board of Massage Therapy.  In 2009, John W. Anderson was successful in defending a Certified Nursing Assistant against abuse charges and overturning an adverse decision by the Department of Health.

• Division of Child and Family Services Litigation
  We have successfully opposed the State of Utah in a number of cases involving allegations of child abuse.  In a three-day administrative hearing in 2005, we successfully defended a mother falsely accused of committing emotional abuse.
